Q. How do I care for my garments?

A. Our Signature Line, Marilyn and Sophia style shawls are 100% acrylic and are machine washable in a cool gentle cycle. Place in a dryer on a cool tumble and remove promptly. Do not wring or twist.

To remove wrinkles from normal wear for the above listed styles, place your garment in the dryer with a moist towel, let it tumble on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, and remove promptly. You can also put in a dryer sheet.


Q. Can I order offline?

A. Yes. Call 713-202-1044. For orders by mail, we accept checks and credit cards.

Q. Is there sales tax?

A. Sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped within Texas. Texas law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Shipping and handling are considered part of the product and will be taxed at the same rate as items ordered.

Q. How is it shipped?

A. Orders are usually shipped via USPS priority mail. During the holiday season, we often ship by UPS to provide more predictable delivery and ensure your order gets there on time. We normally ship orders the same day or next business day. Most orders within the contiguous 48 states take 2-4 business days to reach their destination.

Q. How do I make a return?

A. Your satisfaction is importance to us. If you’re unhappy for any reason or you receive damaged merchandise, notify ShannieGirl within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges), provided the product is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on sale items or specials.

We’ll mail you a refund check to your billing address once we have received the product in unworn and pristine condition. If the item is a gift to you, we can offer you an exchange or merchandise credit, or we can refund the original purchaser. If the product is returned damaged, the tags are removed or it’s returned after 7 days, restocking fees will apply and merchandise credit only will be issued.
